To ensure proper welding during the LED lamp manufacturing process, it is important to follow certain guidelines. Firstly, the epoxy resin should be positioned at least 1.6 mm away from the welding surface to prevent any external force from affecting the lamp body during welding. It is advisable to avoid re-soldering after initial soldering has taken place.
When hand soldering, maintain a temperature of 260 degrees and keep the welding time under 3 seconds, using a power of less than 30 watts. Wave soldering is also an option, but ensure the soldering time does not exceed 5 seconds at a temperature of 260 degrees.

Cleaning: To avoid damaging the surface of the LED, it is important not to use any unspecified chemicals during the cleaning process. In case you find it necessary to clean the LED, it is recommended to use alcohol or Freon. However, it is crucial to ensure that the washing time at normal temperature does not exceed 30 seconds.
It is important to add a resistor when using an LED to prevent any damage and ensure its proper functioning. The proper value of the resistor will vary based on the specific application and needs of the LED.
