To ensure proper welding during the LED lamp manufacturing process, it is important to follow certain guidelines. Firstly, the epoxy resin should be positioned at least 1.6 mm away from the welding surface to prevent any external force from affecting the lamp body during welding. It is advisable to avoid re-soldering after initial soldering has taken place.

In case you find it necessary to clean the LED, it is recommended to use alcohol or Freon. However, it is crucial to ensure that the washing time at normal temperature does not exceed 30 seconds.
It is important to add a resistor when using an LED to prevent any damage and ensure its proper functioning. The proper value of the resistor will vary based on the specific application and needs of the LED.
